GAP: Groton Animal Pantry
Bridging the GAP for owners who need assistance attaining food for their animals.
In these difficult financial times, many pet owners are struggling to buy food for themselves, let alone their pets. GAF's new GAP initiative is seeking donations of pet food to give to those in need. Our goal is to keep owners and the pets they love together.
Please drop off any pet food bags and cans to Groton Animal Control Facility. We will ensure that it goes to a family in need. Or if you prefer, you may mail a check for the purchase of food, to Groton Animal Foundation, P.O. Box 7023, Groton, CT 06340 and please put GAP in the memo section.
Mission Statement:
The Groton Animal Foundation Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit
organization which raises funds to subsidize the general needs of the
Town of Groton Animal Control Facility and the medical needs of its
residing animals. In addition, the Groton Animal Foundation
advocates for the animals by educating the public
and funding ancillary programs.
